Nous avons tous conscience que la mort est in\u00e9vitable et que l\u2019on va mourir \u00ab t\u00f4t ou tard \u00bb.<\/strong> La thanatophobie, une phobie qui emp\u00eache de\u2026 vivre !<\/strong><\/p>\n De par sa peur irrationnelle de la mort, plusieurs questions hantent la personne victime de thanatophobie, l\u2019emp\u00eachant de s\u2019\u00e9panouir et de vivre tout simplement. Il s\u2019agit notamment de questions existentielles comme :<\/p>\n A quoi \u00e7a sert de vivre puisqu\u2019on doit mourir t\u00f4t ou tard ?<\/strong><\/p>\n A quoi sert ce que j\u2019entreprends ?\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n Avec ses pens\u00e9es intrusives, la personne se retrouve alors sans motivation et sans passion, et sa vie n\u2019est que bouleversement.<\/p>\n Les peurs li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mort :<\/strong><\/p>\n Ceux qui \u00ab pr\u00e9occupent \u00bb le plus la personne victime de thanatophobie, c\u2019est l\u2019inconnu, la fatalit\u00e9 et le fait de ne \u00ab rien contr\u00f4ler \u00bb face \u00e0 la mort. La peur peut alors \u00eatre centr\u00e9e sur la mort subite, l\u2019appr\u00e9hension de ce qui se passe ou ce qu\u2019il y a apr\u00e8s la mort, ou encore le fait \u00ab d\u2019abandonner \u00bb les personnes qui l\u2019entourent (\u00e9poux, enfants, proches, amis\u2026). Le traitement de la thanatophobie :<\/strong><\/p>\n Pour traiter la thanatophobie, il faut trouver son origine. Souvent, elle peut provenir d\u2019un v\u00e9cu difficile, bien que ce ne soit pas toujours le cas. En premier lieu, le th\u00e9rapeute essayera donc de voir avec le patient les \u00e9v\u00e8nements de sa vie qui l\u2019ont marqu\u00e9. Et la plupart du temps, une th\u00e9rapie comportementale est adopt\u00e9e. \nNous savons m\u00eame que l\u2019on peut mourir \u00ab d\u2019une minute \u00e0 l\u2019autre \u00bb, pour de multiples raisons.
\nToutefois, cela n\u2019emp\u00eache pas la plupart d\u2019entre nous d\u2019entreprendre de longues \u00e9tudes, de travailler et d\u2019\u00e9pargner pour sa retraite, de fonder une famille, etc. En d\u2019autres termes, la mort ne nous emp\u00eache pas d\u2019entreprendre des projets \u00e0 long terme et de vivre le moment pr\u00e9sent.
\nMais ce n\u2019est pas le cas des personnes victimes de thanatophobie, qui ont une peur irraisonn\u00e9e de la mort.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nLa personne va donc, la plupart du temps, \u00e9viter toute situation qu\u2019elle pense pouvant acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer ou entra\u00eener la mort. Entre autres, elle \u00e9vitera le sport, le fait de conduire et autres situations \u00e0 risques\u2026<\/p>\n
