Aquaphobie<\/a> : peur de l’eau<\/h2>\n

Comme toutes les personnes phobiques, celles victimes d\u2019aquaphobie, ou la peur de l\u2019eau<\/strong>, vivent de r\u00e9elles frustrations. En effet, quoi de plus frustrant que de regarder les autres \u00e0 la plage ou \u00e0 la piscine sans \u00ab pouvoir \u00bb se jeter \u00e0 l\u2019eau, de ne pas pouvoir accompagner son enfant pour jouer dans l\u2019eau ou pour lui apprendre \u00e0 nager\u2026
\nLa personne victime d\u2019aquaphobie tentera alors d\u2019y rem\u00e9dier, consciente que sa peur est irraisonn\u00e9e (ce qui peut, d’ailleurs, accentuer la frustration). Souvent, elle recherche des solutions en dehors des th\u00e9rapies aupr\u00e8s des sp\u00e9cialistes. Selon le degr\u00e9 de la peur, cela peut \u00eatre plus ou moins efficace.<\/p>\n

Les limites de \u00ab l\u2019auto th\u00e9rapie \u00bb de l\u2019aquaphobie :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Face \u00e0 l\u2019aquaphobie, certaine personne vont essayer de \u00ab se forcer \u00bb. Mais \u00e0 un certain degr\u00e9 de la peur, cela ne fera que renforcer celle-ci.
\nIl en est de m\u00eame pour les stages propos\u00e9s en piscine. Si un travail sur les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives de la personne n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 au pr\u00e9alable, l\u2019aquaphobie risque de devenir encore plus intense.
\nSinon, il y a les diff\u00e9rentes techniques de relaxation qui, dans le cas o\u00f9 la phobie est d\u00e9j\u00e0 assez soutenue, ne peuvent \u00e0 elles seules apporter un r\u00e9sultat, en tout cas durable.<\/p>\n

Le traitement de l\u2019aquaphobie :<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Le moyen le plus \u00ab s\u00fbr \u00bb pour traiter l\u2019aquaphobie, c\u2019est de recourir \u00e0 une th\u00e9rapie aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un sp\u00e9cialiste<\/strong>, tel qu\u2019un psychologue. En effet, comme nous l\u2019avons vu, les \u00ab autres \u00bb techniques peuvent renforcer davantage la peur de l\u2019eau. Il sera alors encore plus difficile pour la personne de surmonter sa peur. Or, il faut savoir que pris en charge par un sp\u00e9cialiste au plus t\u00f4t, l\u2019aquaphobie se traite assez facilement et rapidement, celle-ci \u00e9tant class\u00e9e dans les phobies dites simples.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du traitement consiste \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier aux pens\u00e9es \u00ab n\u00e9gatives \u00bb du patient par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019eau. En effet, l\u2019aquaphobie ne vient pas d\u2019elle-m\u00eame, l\u2019eau \u00e9tant associ\u00e9 par le sujet \u00e0 un danger. Ensuite, la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 apprendre au patient \u00e0 affronter sa peur, sans toutefois se forcer.
