Relaxation – stress – anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h2>\n

Il n\u2019est pas simple aujourd\u2019hui de trouver une certaine s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 dans un quotidien anim\u00e9 de stress et d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/strong> Il est pourtant tr\u00e8s important de savoir faire des pauses afin d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer les p\u00e9riodes d\u2019activit\u00e9s et de repos. Il existe de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes, classiques et alternatives visant \u00e0 favoriser la relaxation : massage, techniques de respiration profonde, exercices physiques\u2026 Globalement ces m\u00e9thodes visent \u00e0 obtenir un \u00e9tat de relaxation musculaire total, apr\u00e8s apprentissage ces techniques peuvent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9es chez soi.<\/p>\n

A la fin des ann\u00e9es trente, Edmund Jacobson<\/strong> \u00e9labore une m\u00e9thode dite \u00ab progressive \u00bb bas\u00e9e sur la contraction musculaire puis le rel\u00e2chement, sur toutes les parties du corps, visage, cou, \u00e9paules, bras, thorax, dos abdomen, jambes\u2026M\u00e9thode reprise en Sophrologie dite : \u00ab relaxation dynamique \u00bb
\nTrente ans plus tard, Herbert Benson<\/strong> s\u2019inspire d\u2019une m\u00e9thode orientale qu\u2019il simplifie et adapte pour en faire une technique accessible \u00e0 tous. Il est question d\u2019attendre le \u00ab l\u00e2cher prise total \u00bb visant la d\u00e9tente absolue, \u00e9tat dit : \u00ab \u00e9tat modifi\u00e9 de conscience \u00bb.<\/p>\n
