Canc\u00e9rophobie – peur du cancer<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Si personne ne veut avoir le cancer, la crainte de cette maladie peut \u00eatre chez certains sujets excessive et irraisonn\u00e9e.<\/strong> On parle alors de canc\u00e9rophobie. Mais comment la canc\u00e9rophobie se manifeste r\u00e9ellement ? Et comment la combattre ?<\/p>\n

\nDans certains cas, la crainte du cancer se focalisera sur une partie de l\u2019organisme en particulier (cancer du col, cancer de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus, cancer du sein\u2026). Tout d\u2019abord, certains vont \u00e9viter toutes sortes de livres, documentaires\u2026 parlant du cancer.<\/strong> En effet, pour eux, cela ne fera qu\u2019accentuer davantage la crainte. Elle sera ax\u00e9e sur deux points en particulier : les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives et l\u2019\u00e9vitement. Les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives et injustifi\u00e9es seront rem\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 travers une restructuration cognitive. Pour l\u2019\u00e9vitement, il s\u2019agit de faire prendre conscience au patient que cela ne fera qu\u2019intensifier davantage la phobie, et de l\u2019accompagner \u00e0 affronter progressivement sa peur.
\nSinon, il faut savoir que le traitement de la canc\u00e9rophobie par th\u00e9rapie cognitive et comportementale prend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement quelques mois.
